Overview
Medro Engineering provides professional inspection and testing services designed to support building safety, regulatory compliance, and long-term structural performance. Our licensed engineers deliver Compliance Inspecting, Compliance Testing, and Specialty Inspections for residential buildings, condominiums, HOAs, and multifamily properties throughout California.
Compliance Inspection
When required, Medro Engineering conducts SB 326 and SB 721 compliance evaluations for Exterior Elevated Elements. This helps prevent unsafe conditions and structural failures.
Testing
When additional analysis is required, Medro Engineering provides compliance testing to support inspection results.
Specialty Inspections
Medro Engineering performs specialty inspections for complex, non-standard, or higher-risk building conditions that fall outside routine compliance requirements.
