Foundation Inspection
Our foundation inspection services focus on evaluating the condition and performance of building foundations and assessing whether observed distress within a structure may be related to foundation-related issues. Foundation problems are not limited to settlement alone and may result from soil conditions, moisture variation, drainage deficiencies, or construction-related factors. In many cases, damage observed in other areas of a building such as cracks in interior or exterior finishes, floor irregularities, or misalignment at openings may be symptomatic of underlying foundation movement or distress. Our inspections consist of a visual, non-destructive evaluation of accessible foundation elements and surrounding site conditions, with observed conditions evaluated in relation to overall building behavior. Findings are documented in a written engineering report providing objective observations and engineering opinions regarding potential causes and contributing factors.
